LifeProven appoints Co-Founder Adam Hinds as Chief Growth Officer

____________

We are proud to announce the appointment of LifeProven Co-Founder Adam Hinds as our new Chief Growth Officer, marking an exciting new chapter in our ambition to advance the performance of real estate.

Co-Founder Adam Hinds as Chief Growth Officer

From pioneering new approaches to enhance real estate performance, to helping shape what comes next.

Since co-founding LifeProven alongside Jordan Relfe, Adam has been instrumental in shaping the business's vision and proposition, Founded on the belief that truly successful real estate must enhance people's quality of life and support the natural environment upon which we depend, creating the desirable, resilient buildings needed to deliver long-term financial performance.

Through pioneering industry-first and award-winning initiatives at the intersection of financial, environmental, social and technological performance, and founding the Proven Performance Podcast (formerly ESG in Property Podcast), Adam has helped clients anticipate emerging challenges, embrace new opportunities and unlock greater long-term value from their real estate.

His appointment as Chief Growth Officer marks a significant evolution in that mission.

The real estate industry is undergoing profound transformation. Climate change, technological advancements, evolving stakeholder needs, economic pressures and changing regulatory requirements across different geographies are redefining how buildings need to be designed, operated, measured and communicated.

The risks are significant, but so are the opportunities. Navigating both requires greater foresight, collaboration and a willingness to challenge established approaches.

In his new role, Adam will lead LifeProven's strategic growth, innovation and market leadership, identifying the emerging challenges and opportunities shaping the future of real estate and translating these into new propositions, capabilities and strategies that help our clients and the business stay ahead of change.

A central priority will be expanding LifeProven's contribution to industry education and thought leadership, connecting leading voices, research, insights and practical experience to inspire new thinking and accelerate progress across the sector.

This builds on our ambition to bring together exceptional people, powerful data and insights, high-performing assets and industry-leading education to advance real estate performance across six interconnected dimensions: financial, environmental, human, digital, operational and strategic.

Jordan Relfe, CEO and Co-Founder of LifeProven, said:
"Adam has been a driving force behind LifeProven's vision and evolution since day one.

What sets him apart is his ability to see connections others often miss, recognise emerging challenges before they become mainstream, and translate complex changes across society, the environment and technology into meaningful commercial opportunities for our clients.

From pioneering new approaches for wellbeing and sustainability in real estate, to creating platforms that connect and educate industry leaders, Adam has continually pushed us to think bigger about the role and potential of real estate.

His new role gives us the opportunity to accelerate that ambition, strengthening LifeProven's position not simply as an adviser responding to industry change, but as a business actively helping shape what comes next."
Commenting on his appointment, Adam said:
"I'm incredibly proud of what the team has built at LifeProven. But I believe the most important chapter is still ahead of us.

Real estate is at a critical moment. The forces shaping our industry are becoming more interconnected, complex and consequential. Decisions made today will influence the financial performance, resilience and relevance of buildings for decades to come, with lasting implications for future generations.

I don't believe we can meet tomorrow's challenges by continuing to approach real estate in the same way we always have.

My ambition is to help anticipate what's coming, connect the best minds and thinking across our industry, and turn emerging challenges into opportunities for better-performing buildings, businesses and places.

That means continuing to innovate, challenging conventional thinking constructively, and investing significantly in data, insights, communication, education and collaboration, so that progress extends beyond our own clients to benefit the wider industry.

We've built an incredible foundation. Now it's time to take that ambition to another level."

Congratulations, Adam.
